To The Woman I Love

by Zamounde the Footstepper

Too many years we've traveled
I felt and heard the gravel
Hitting the tires of years
Full, we move forward daily
Maybe a few half steps
A lot of running battles
But through it all
I still love you
I don't want you to forget that in your heart
In your mind it may take detours
But in your heart let it stay on route
I'll fix your flats
I'll give you a tune up on schedule
I'll be your map when you feel lost
If you lose the keys
I have a spare
We'll make it to our destination
That's what I want to share
