Relativity

by Zamounde Allie

The volcanic eruption
The pressures never rest
>From the sliding of her crest
I ooze molten lava
Vertical-horizontal shaking
Hot steamy saliva
Back breaking
Never forsaking
Hill sliding
The village is mine to take out to sea
I am the earth at her feet
The air to breathe
I reshape mountains
With one twist of body
I snap, crackle, and pop
cherry, maple and pecan trees
She is the core
I am the drill
She takes a pill
I wear a seal
I am the earth
She is the sun
Without me she is alone
Without her I am none
She is the heat of the day
The memory of night
By her pulsation there is life
Her rotations are universal
Married planets
She is the meaning of liquid
The definition of solidity
She ignites me
The key by which to tune
Every melodic note
She is the it
that we cut with natures knife
The butter of a superb type
The only cave man dwells without light
Nothing else compares to her might
We oppose one another
but the forces are one
She is the sun
I am the earth
Our children are the moon in relativity
I am the father
She is the mother of all mothers
Produciní the energy
