LC

Open your eyes
Is the candle lit
Mind you, this arm is free
Many times my tongue I’d bit
I hold nothing behind my back, see
But in my hand there’s a ring
Hear the chimes of my heart sing
I’ve seen you many times before
So many different faces
For you I’ve open the same door
Kept up with your changing paces
It is you I have these feelings for
We’ve met many times with hello’s and good-bye’s
You probably don’t remember me
The simple straight-forward man you pass by
Still you keep on rolling
The pretty magnetical woman I’ve met here and there over time
I am that good man you seek
But I don’t fit your stereotypical mind
and that’s a crime
I pulled you over to allow you a moment to open your eyes
I am the Love Cop
Didn’t you see my light
How come you never stop
Am I too bright
No more lies!
You’re under oath
Are you ready to serve time
You cannot break this love bind
“Bail is denied!'
20 years to life
I served for she just slapped my face
and escaped
Still seeking fake men in kind
A Love Crime
