Xavier Damone was born in Orlando, FL on Feb. 08, 1974. He states that he "has always been involved in some form of the arts or another as a child. It was not until recently that I rediscovered my gift for verse." He is currently living in the Atlanta area where he went to finish his degree in Art History. Upon graduation he will secure a comfortable position with one of the area museums, as museum director or chief curator.
In the mean time he plans to devote himself to his second love, writing. He mainly writes poems and he is also working on an anthology of his work for publication. In addition he is working on several short stories. He is appreciative to TimBookTu for allowing him the chance to share his work with other African-Americans who enjoy good works of literature.
