Everyday someone's life is taken away; and everyday someone's 
heart fails for the lives, which was taken away. 
We hear about tragedies as well as crimes 
that are being committed by people who are not in their right minds. 
We hear about crimes that are broadcasted on the news; 
concerning men who doesn't obey laws nor rules. 
Many are contumacious against the words of God; 
forgetting or not ever knowing their creator, 
who gives them breath and rain from above. 
Do we know or understand any of it all; 
why many men are so discriminated against the souls that belong to God? 
The devil has his original plan to tear God's kingdom down with a powerful hand. 
The enemy is making his next move; 
working to cause God's people to do the same evil deeds that he choose. 
He that sinneth is of the devil; and when you kill, you are the son of him. 
The bible declares that wailing shall be in all streets (Amos 5:16): 
this prophecy had begun more than a century. 
Wake up our souls! Blood shedding is in the streets! 
Crimes are being committed and there's no powerful prayers within the weak. 
Make a chain, fore the land is full of bloody crimes (Ezekiel 7:23): 
Jesus is coming soon and we're running out of time. 
The souls of many are falling by the sword; 
and many of them love to follow the footsteps of others, 
who enjoy the lustful things of this world. 
Law and order begins in the house of God: 
the laws that governs us towards a free from sin heaven above. 
Wake up our souls! There is war going on in our streets! 
The gangs are taking over and the citizens are being defeated. 
Bring out the menace to society that's in the boyz in the hood: 
crimes are being committed by a seed of corrupted men, who likes to rule. 
Waste deep the actions of all murderous men, 
who likes to take a child away hostage for money and revenge. 
Unwaist the machines that are planted within; 
deep down in the hidden parts of men. 
Wake up our souls unto life and not death; 
fore death has no tomorrow, but a sorrowful time within itself. 
Have you not heard that Jesus is coming soon? 
Many are not preparing; fearing not the one who have created you. 
In a heart felt memory of the attacks, which came upon the World Trade Center on 9/11, 
makes you hope that more than few of the souls have made it to heaven. 
We should wake up our souls from a burning hell 
and lie down unto a life where peace dwells.
As we look towards the memory of the school yard slayings, 
that touched 5 students in a New Jersey shooting, 
which left one of the victims surviving, 
we should think of our own children who should be praying. 
Even so after the Virginia Tech shootings, as well as many others, 
which enrolled a mad man, who took rampage on several students, 
we should consider in our everyday life that we should be praying. 
Wake up our souls! Wake up our souls! Wake up our souls! 
Let's not lie down before peace has taken over our souls.
