The course in miracles teaches that awareness is salvation. When we realize who we are and where we are. Then the light has come and now we can see that we are free.

On the way home from Mickey Dee's/Mcdonalds. My beautiful son Tashaun was skipping and singing a joyful song from his heart. He was singing ENJOY YOURSELF EVERYDAY! over and over again. Now this caused me to become fully present and instead of thinking about catching the bus and other silly worrisome things parents tend to think about. I started meditating on what he was singing and I thought he's right. We should ENJOY OURSELVES EVERYDAY, for GOD gets the greatest pleasure when HE/SHE sees her children at play.

So I encourage myself and all BEINGS to look within themselves and realize the unlimited JOY and then release it. Give birth to it. PLAY! PLAY at work,play at home,in your relationships. PLAY,for the play is the thing and the thing is to PLAY. Go within and realize how exceedingly magnificent you really are and rejoice. Love yourself, your neighbor, GOD, and LIFE. How young are you? Are you growing old or becoming younger? You wanna become younger everyday? Then ENJOY YOURSELF and PLAY! LOVE'S IN YOUR FACE
