Substance of Beauty

by Antaejah Sh' Maare'

I’ve learned to not seek, but observe.
Stances may be greater or less than what’s expected or accepted.
But I have an obsession.
A passion,
In defining beauty.
A beauty that’s deeper than any ocean.
A beauty that makes me higher than the galaxy
and broader than the rainbow stretched across the universe.
A beauty that glistens with tones of expression.
Signifying a certain glamour of distinction,
that is recognized by all.
What you see, can simply be diminished
with worldly circumstances, for, it is natural.
Disfiguring a physical means,
but never disrupting the image of
that in which you cannot see.
Beauty is always beneath the surface
If it ever exists.
