Deon C. Sanders, a native of Bessemer, Alabama resides in Chicago, Illinois. He served two years in the Army Airborne. He attended Western Illinois University and is currently attending Depaul University in Chicago working toward a degree with an emphasis in education. Currently working for the Chicago Public School System, Sanders is the author of Miss Mary Weather: A Southern Nightmare.
