Deliciouswisdom is the pen name of Denise D. Cooper. She is a 36 year-old African-American woman, that loves to learn from reading African-American history, mostly the 60's era. She started a book-club of her own that benefits her more than she ever thought. She says "Not only does the book club exceed my expectations, but it provides a sisterhood within the group and has filtered out to those who are close to us, and work with us. We are motivating, uplifting and blazing a trail for younger sisters. I love music, Hip-Hop, R&B, Neosoul, Reggae, Dancehall reggae, and live music sets me free. I am in my element when listening to Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, and Earth Wind and Fire, and I could go on." Her goal is to continue her college education so that she may teach African American Literature.
