What's My Line???

I'm tired of half steppin'  brothers
who are sleeping with many others
But pledge to me their loyalty

I've had it with the man who says he's
Into my mind
Just long enough to get a piece of my
Sweet behind
And then gets bored with me

I'm insulted by his fake devotion
To my heart
When he knows right from the start
He's just using me

And his continuous insistence to pledge
That he will never let anyone wedge
Any distance or discourse between us

Followed by the unmitigated gall
To name me the problem for it all
When there's no intercourse between us

I guess in short I just want for myself,
Someone who aint screwing someone else
And is true to his love for me

Someone who truly treasures my mind
And who doesn't make my sweet behind
His main reason for wanting me

All I want in my life is a Friend
Who'll grow to love me in the end
After all is said and done

I want a partner in this life
To ease my stress and undue strife
Someone to hold me close at night
Who doesn't leave after a fight
Someone in turn who I can hold
And share my secrets never told

So, I guess this is my line……
I hope it reaches you in time!

To show you what is in my head
To make sure it is loudly said

That I'm a sister with a brain
Who's beat the thunder and the rain
And now I'm finally in the sun
I feel my life has just begun

So if you wanna swing with me
Take a good look at what you see
Cause' I demand my full respect
